FAW FAN CLUTCH DESCRIPTION：

FAW FAN CLUTCH, using silicone oil as medium, uses silicone oil shear force to transfer torque.

In the course of driving, the thermal condition of the engine is also changing due to the change of environmental conditions and operating conditions. Therefore, the cooling strength of the engine must be adjusted by FAW FAN CLUTCH at any time. For example, in hot summer, when the engine works at low speed and load, and when the temperature of the coolant is very high, the fan should rotate at high speed to increase the cooling capacity and enhance the radiator's heat dissipation. In the cold winter, when the coolant is low, or at the high speed of the car, there is a strong head-on wind blowing through the radiator. It becomes meaningless to continue the work of the fan. It not only consumes engine power, but also produces a lot of noise. Tests show that only 25% of the water cooling system needs fans to work, and in winter fans need less time to work. Therefore, it is very important to adjust the cooling strength at any time according to the thermal condition of the engine. A silicon oil fan clutch between the fan pulley and the cooling fan is one of the ways to achieve this adjustment.

FAW FAN CLUTCH enables the engine to operate at suitable temperature, and also reduces the power required to drive the fan and reduces fan noise.
