FAW FAN BELT TENSIONER DESCRIPTION:

FAW FAN BELT TENSIONER is used to change the angle of the pulley or to control the tension of the belt and to follow the driven wheel on the belt.

FAW FAN BELT TENSIONER is driven by friction. The belt must be tightened when it is installed. But after working for a period of time, it is stretched and loosened, so it is easy to slip and must be retightened. If the center distance of the two transmission wheel cannot be adjusted, the tension must be used to ensure normal transmission without skidding. The tension produces a force to tighten the belt with the spring or oil pressure, so that the belt can be pressed on the working pulley with appropriate pressure.
