Structure:

It consists of extraction tank, tubular heater, evaporator, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, oil collector, herb liquid pump, metering tank, liquid storage tank, filter, vacuum pump, slag door pneumatic control system, electric control cabinet and other components. A defoamer is provided in the steam outlets at the top of the evaporator and the extraction tank. Users who have no steam generator can be equipped with a heat transfer oil heating system.

Features:

It is especially suitable for the extraction and concentration of precious herbs, or the low temperature extraction and concentration of plant fresh products. It can also be used in animal and marine organism extraction and concentration, such as bone soup, kelp juice, chili oil, mushroom juice, powder and so on. Aromatic substances can also be extracted, such as fresh osmanthus oil.

Q.Do you provide installation & debugging service?

A.Yeah, if single machine, we will send you the installation drawing and documents first, if you still have problems, we will arrange our engineers go to your place for installation guiding. If production line, our engineer will go to your place do installation & debugging for you directly.

Q.Do you provide after-sale service?

A. The warranty period is one year. If there’s any problem of the equipment not caused by reasonable operation in one year,we will help you solve it (If it is small problem like spare part is broken, we will send you freely;other small problem we will guide you to solve it by phone or e-mail.If the problem cannot be solved by guiding,we will arrange technician come to your place to mend it after confirmation).
