Introduction:

This machine uses LDPE, PP, EVA, PEVA, LLDPE, HDPE, TPU as raw material, and then laminates the extruded film onto various kinds of substrates, such as nonwoven fabric, BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, and paper etc. The final products are widely used for hygienic and medical products, the packaging of food, chemical industry, electrical products and metallurgy etc.

Characteristics & Applications:

1) Made up of plastic extruder, T die, first unwinder, embossing unit,second unwinder, edge trim unit, slitting system, automatic rewinder, etc.

2) Friction roll rewinding, or double-station turret rewinding, roll pre-rewinding device and single or double side laminating machine for choice.

3) Running for 24 hours, and change rolls automatically without stop, production speed can be 30-100/min.

4) Laminating PE, EVA, PP, TPU with paper,plastic film, non-woven, fabric or aluminum foil into double layer, three layers or multi-layers products.

5) Product are used as packing products for cement, chemicals, forage, food, medicine, adhesive tape, PE coated paper cups and fast food boxes,etc.
