The PP Melt Blown Filter Cartridge is made of polypropylene (PP) ultra-fine fibers that are heated, melted, and entangled. It does not use any chemical adhesives and has a filtration accuracy of 1µm-100µm. It can effectively remove insoluble matter such as suspended solids and tiny particles. Full polypropylene structure, high chemical compatibility, suitable for filtration of strong acids, strong alkali and organic solvents, and advanced chemical fiber hot melt technology can meet various customer needs for this product.
The melt-blown process is to heat polypropylene particles to a molten state, and then spray the molten polypropylene through a special spinneret to form fine fibers. These fibers rapidly cool and solidify after being ejected, forming a spinning network structure. This ejection and solidification process makes the melt-blown filter element have a small fiber diameter and a high specific surface area.
